Viktor for Customer Success: The Extra CSM You Couldn't Hire
The extra CSM you couldn't hire.
Viktor works in Slack and Teams and runs the prep behind your CS team: triaging tickets, building QBR decks, and flagging renewal risk across your stack. Your CSMs stop preparing for customers and start talking to them.
Sarah Lin 9:14 AM
@Viktor 12 renewals in May (~$487K ARR). Pull each account's health, flag the risky ones with the reason, and draft a renewal email per account. Drop it in a sheet for my 2pm with Marcus.

Done. 12 accounts scored: 3 critical, 4 watch, 5 healthy. $487K up for renewal, $187K at material risk. ✅ Sheet:
- XLSX May-Renewals-Health.gsheet
- XLSX·GSHEET
✅ 12 Gmail drafts saved (unsent, your call) 🔴 Critical: Northwind ($84K), Kestrel Health ($61K), Blackbird ($42K)
Step 1: Connect your stack
27 native integrations. 3,200+ tools via managed connectors. Most are one-click OAuth, some use API keys - Viktor handles auth and starts working. No webhooks, no Zapier zaps.
Maya Patel 11:32 AM
@Viktor check this week's Stripe revenue against HubSpot and flag anything off before the board call.
⏳ 1
ViktorApp 11:33 AM
On it. Cross-checking Stripe against HubSpot and fixing anything that doesn't line up before your board call.
Step 2: Tell Viktor what you need
Message Viktor in Slack like you'd message a teammate. "Reconcile this month's invoices and flag anything weird." "Pause Meta campaigns above $40 CPA and move the budget to winners." Plain English, any tool.

📊 Revenue check:
$84,210 (+6.4% WoW).
3 deals didn't match HubSpot.
Fixed 2, one needs your call.

Step 3: Viktor operates, you review
Viktor opens the tools, runs the work, and posts back what changed. Sensitive actions wait for your approval. Everything is logged. You stop doing the work and start reviewing it.
Open every ticket already briefed.
Most of a CSM's day is tickets. Most of that time is gathering context across HubSpot, Zendesk, Linear, and Stripe before they can even start replying. Viktor reverses that.
Walk into every ticket with complete context.
Viktor pulls the customer's last 60 days into one Slack response: previous tickets, NPS history, contract details, related engineering fixes, and last-touch history. Your CSMs stop swivel-chairing across five tools to figure out who they're talking to.
Liam Smith 9:14 AM
@Viktor Sterling Capital ticket #4471 just escalated to me. Brief me before I reply.
⏳ 1
ViktorApp 9:15 AM
Sterling Capital ($82K, Tier 1, renews Aug 12). Mark Chen's 3rd ticket in 14 days, same export issue. Previous 2 closed with macros.
Account context:
- NPS 9 → 5 in March: "took 4 days to hear back last time"
- CSAT 4.6 → 3.8 over 60 days
What changed: eng shipped the export fix 4/22. Mark was never told. Move: lead with the fix, own the gaps, offer a 15-min call. Draft attached, under your name.
Your queue, already triaged.
Viktor sorting the overnight queue, drafting replies, routing bugs to engineering, and flagging only what needs a human.
Diego Romero 9:02 AM
@Viktor 23 tickets in my Zendesk queue from overnight. Triage and draft replies. Flag what needs me.
⏳ 1
ViktorApp 9:08 AM
23 tickets, sorted: ✅ 18 drafts ready to send (macros under your name) ✅ 3 routed to eng (Linear VIG-2841 to 2843)
⏳ 2 need you:
- Cardinal Energy ($180K): legal escalation
- Solstice Apparel: feature request worth a real conversation
Your inbox: 5 items instead of 23.
Walk into QBRs already prepared.
One Slack message turns an account into a finished QBR deck. Viktor pulls adoption, ticket history, billing, and the last call quotes, then saves it to Drive ready to present.
Marcus Tan 10:12 AM
@Viktor Build me the QBR deck for Helix BioTech. Thursday 2pm with their VP Ops. $220K account.

ViktorApp 10:18 AM
12-slide deck ready:
- GSLIDES HelixBioTech-QBR-May2026.gslides FILE·GSLIDES
Pulled adoption, tickets, invoices, and 4 call quotes from your stack.
- Expansion ask: Reports stuck at 8/20 seats → +$48K
- Q1 ask "audit log for compliance" shipped 4/9, slide 7 demos it
- Risk: VP Ops flagged "budget review in July" (Gong clip embedded)
Logged to HubSpot timeline.
Stay ahead of every account in your book.
Every Monday, Viktor scans your book and posts only the accounts that need you. Healthy accounts stay quiet, so your team works the three that matter this week.
Sarah Lin 8:30 AM
@Viktor Weekly check on my enterprise book (15 accounts, $1.2M ARR). What needs me this week?

3 accounts need attention. 12 are healthy.

FAQ
Will Viktor send anything to my customers without me approving it?
No, by default. Every customer-facing email or ticket reply is drafted, not sent. Gmail drafts, Zendesk macros saved under your name. You hit send. Internal actions (Slack messages to your own team, sheet updates, Linear tickets) can run autonomously if you want, but anything customer-facing defaults to draft + approval.
